Urban Feline Australia is a tiny one-man rescue run with a whole lot of heart.
We're not a government run organization, we don't have a big facility with a lot of staff, and we don't receive government funding or grants. We survive on the money we are able to generate through adoptions and the support of our amazing little community.
Our tiny rescue and rehoming service literally survives on the kindness of strangers.
Every single cent donated helps cover the cost of food, litter and medical bills for the cats in our care. Every donation, whether it's big or small, helps us keep the doors open and really makes the biggest difference.

JASPER'S MEDICAL BILLS
Jasper became incredibly unwell after being unable to poop so his amazing foster carers rushed him to the emergency vet new years eve, literally 11:55pm, where he then had emergency bowel surgery to remove a serious blockage in his lower intestine. Good news is Jasper is perfectly fine now but we are still trying to pay off his crazy $6,417.98 medical bill.

PHOENIX'S MEDICAL BILLS
Phoenix was suddenly unable to pee one Saturday afternoon recently so we rushed him to the emergency vet where they decided to admit him as they were concerned there may be more serious concerns behind his urinary issues. Fortunately Phoenix is now perfectly fine but we were left with a $1,642.78 medical bill thanks to his overnight stay.
